Founders Bio

Rob DelliBovi is the Owner & CEO of RDB Hospitality Group – a collection of travel & hospitality focused service companies and investments. Prior to creating and leading this group, DelliBovi had overseen hospitality sales, marketing, and revenue management strategy for many of the hotel industry’s biggest names. Spanning his total career, DelliBovi has worked on over 160 properties and brands – allowing the creation of his consultancy and asset management firm.

Since 2009, DelliBovi has owned an IATAN accredited travel agency, concierge and events company, where his team handles day-to-day needs for more than 1000 celebrities, touring recording artists, corporations, executives, productions, festivals and high-net-worth individuals.

Since 2017, DelliBovi has lead an executive recruiting & training team for hotel, nightlife & restaurant companies, where his team are already one of the leading groups in these industries. They’ve have recently expanded to the Real Estate and Food & Beverage industries.

DelliBovi serves as a board member of Nobody Studios Hospitality Division. He is an investor in numerous hospitality related venues and technologies.

DelliBovi regularly appears in the press, and speaks at tradeshows and universities as a Hospitality Expert/Investor.

RDB Hospitality is based out of Miami Beach FL, with presence in New York City, Orlando FL & Nashville TN.
